Wild takes its responsibility for quality very seriously. An exhaustive Advanced Quality Planning system is in constant operation, starting with initial feasibility appraisal for each enquiry and continues right through to production.

The aim is to ensure that every product meets the quality requirements specified by our customers.

Detailed quality analysis at the feasibility stage ensures trouble-free product launch and volume production.

With over 50 flexible CNC spring and wire forming machines we are able produce probably the largest range of these components in Europe.

This capacity enables Wild to supply major manufacturers on a scheduled just-in-time basis.

Services include Torsion, Compression and Extension spring manufacture. Wireforms from 0.50mm to 16mm diameter.

We manufacture from a huge range of raw materials from standard mild steel, through all grades of carbon steel, stainless steel and coated wire.

We are able to offer advice on a comprehensive range of heat-treatments and coatings with sub-contractors for all of these within the local area.
