We have over 35 high precison coil fed presses including Bruderers, Minsters and Aida's. Including a 500t link motion press, giving us a tonnage range of 18t - 500t and a capacity of over 20 million parts per day.
We also have two Aida transfer lines and a 150t Ching Fong transfer press. In addtion we have a larger number of secondary operation presses for forming, raising and drawing. | | .jpg) |

Fine Grinding
Transmission Shims are an important part of our business and we have invested heavliy in latest technology grinding machines allowing us to hold 4 microns total tolerance. We also have a facility to inkjet mark the shim with part number, thickness or any other identification mark our customers require.

General Presswork, Welding & Assembly
To expand the range of products we have added welding and assembly capabilites to both our Birmingham and Redditch sites.
This allows us true synergie between our two UK plants as we can bring together flat metal and round metal components into one assembly.
In addition we can spot and projection weld nuts, bushes etc onto our components as required.
