Wild takes its responsibility for quality very seriously. An exhaustive Advanced Quality Planning system is in constant operation, starting with initial feasibility appraisal for each enquiry and continues right through to production. The aim is to ensure that every product meets the quality requirements specified by our customers. Detailed quality analysis at the tool design stage ensures trouble-free product launch and volume production.

Our well-equipped, specialist presses range from 18 to 500 tonnes, operating at up to 1,500 strokes per minute. This capacity enables Wild to supply major manufacturers on a scheduled just-in-time basis. We also offer 24-hour stock availabilty on 1,000+ standard items. Services include Fine Blank, cutting, forming and embossing using inovative compound, link-motion, Fine Blank, transfer and progression tooling. Secondary operations include, coining, fine-grinding, welding, assembly and metal finishing.

We are an experienced design & develpoment partner in a wide range "design-to-print" items and with our extensive toolroom we are able to design, manufacture and maintain our own tools. In addtion we are able to call on range of specialist toolmakers and designers to compliment our in-house knowledge.

We manufacture from a huge range of raw materials from standard mild steel, through all grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, copper- alloys, aluminium, fibre right up to nickel based superalloy materials such as "Iconel 600" and Micro refined alloy steels. Our range of cutting presses allow us to stamp in material thicknesses from 0.1mm to 8.0mm and a strip widths of up to 400mm. This flexibility combined with our ability to optimise strip layouts for maximum material usage ensures we are competitive in our choosen market.
